Roseau City is a city located in Roseau County, Minnesota, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 2756. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 2758, It is 197th most populous in Minnesota. Its area is just over 2.39 sq mi (6.19 square kilometre), giving it the 271st largest by total area among Minnesota.
