Rose Hill City is a city located in Butler County, Kansas, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Rose Hill City is home to 3432 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 4034, giving it the 75th largest population among Kansas. Its area is just over 1.6 mi˛ (4.14 sq km), it is the 120th largest by area in the U.S. state of Kansas.
