Roscoe Borough is a borough located in Washington County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The population of borough in 2000 stood at 848 as per the Census data. The borough's estimated population as of July 2008 was 788, giving it the 455th smallest population among Pennsylvania. The borough comprises an area of 0.24 sq mi (0.62 sq km), of which, 0.2 square miles (0.52 sq km) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 sq km) of it is water, making it Pennsylvania's 117th smallest by total area.
