Roosevelt City is a city located in Roseau and Lake of the Woods counties, Minnesota, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 166. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 161, making it Minnesota's 153rd smallest. It covers total area of 1.03 square miles (2.67 square kilometre), making it Minnesota's 498th largest by total area.
