Rome Borough, Bradford County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, borough's population was 382 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 361, It is 229th least populous in Pennsylvania. The borough spans an area of 0.62 sq mi (1.61 square kilometre), it is the 410th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.

The population density was 617.3 people per square mile (238.34/kmē), it is the 278th least densely populated borough in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. In the borough the population was distributed as follows: 28% under the age of 18, 8.6% from 18 to 24, 29.6% from 25 to 44, 20.4% from 45 to 64, and 13.4% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 86.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 82.1 males. The median age was 33 years, The median age of males was 30.7 years, for females the median age was 35.3 years. The racial makeup of the borough was 378 White, Black or African American, 2 American Indian, 1 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 1 from two or more races and Ohter races.
