Rolla City is a one of the Phelps County, Missouri, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. The population of the city was 16367 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 18438, It is the 45th largest by population in the U.S. state of Missouri. The city spans an area of 11.31 miē (29.29 kmē), of which, 11.3 square miles (29.27 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, making it the 45th largest by size in Missouri.
