Rogers County is a United States county located in the United States of Oklahoma. It is home to over 70641 people (2000 census). The July 2008 population estimate is 84300, making it the sixth most populous county in Oklahoma. It covers total area of 711.44 sq mi (1842.62 sq km), of which, 674.95 square miles (1748.11 sq km) of it is land and 36.49 square miles (94.51 sq km) of it is water, it is the 24th smallest in terms of geographical size. It is ranks ninth in the size of its inland waterways in Oklahoma.

The population density was 104.7 people per square mile (40.42/kmē), it is Oklahoma's sixth most densely populated county. There were 27476 housing units at an average density of 40.7 per square mile (15.71/kmē). The average household size was 2.71 people, and the average family size was 3.1 people. In the county Age distribution was 28.7% under the age of 18, 7.4% from 18 to 24, 28.6% from 25 to 44, 24% from 45 to 64, and 11.3% who were 65 or older. For every 100 males there were 103.3 females. For every 100 males age 18 and over, there were 105.9 females. Its population was estimated at 84300 in July 2008, The racial or ethnic makeup of the county was 80.2% White, 1.47% Black or African American, 11.35% American Indian, 0.83% Asian, 0.03% Native Hawaiian, and 6.11% from two or more races.
