Rockaway Beach City, Oregon is a city of the Tillamook County, Oregon, United States. As of 2000 the population was 1267. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1366, giving it the 173rd largest population among Oregon. The city comprises an area of 1.62 square miles (4.2 kmē), of which, 1.54 square miles (3.99 kmē) of it is land and 0.08 square miles (0.21 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 150th largest by total area among Oregon.
