Rock Island Town, Le Flore County, Oklahoma is a town located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The town has a population of 709 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 735, It is the 284th most populous in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. It covers total area of 12.18 square miles (31.55 kmē), of which, 12.1 square miles (31.34 kmē) of it is land and 0.08 square miles (0.21 kmē) of it is water, it is the 92nd largest in terms of geographical size.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 709 people, 264 households, and 213 families living in the town. The population density was 58.6 people per square mile (22.63/kmē), giving it the 94th least densely populated town among the Oklahoma.
