Rock Island City, Washington is a city of the Douglas County, Washington, United States. The city has a population of 863 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 827, making it Washington's 165th smallest. The city extends throughout a territory of 0.63 sq mi (1.63 sq km ), of which, 0.59 square miles (1.53 sq km) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 71st smallest by total area among Washington.
