Rock Hill City, St. Louis County, Missouri is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. Rock Hill City had an official population of 4765 in 2000. The city comprises an area of 1.09 square miles (2.82 square kilometre), makes it the 393rd largest by total area in Missouri.
