Robeson County is a county located in the United States of North Carolina. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 123339 inhabitants. The county's estimated population as of July 2008 was 129123, It is North Carolina's 21st most populous county. The county extends throughout a territory of 951.03 square miles (2463.16 square kilometre ), of which, 948.84 square miles (2457.48 square kilometre) of it is land and 2.19 square miles (5.67 square kilometre) of it is water, making it North Carolina's seventh largest county by total area.
