Roaring Spring Borough is a United States borough located in the Blair County, Pennsylvania, United States. The borough has a population of 2418 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 2252, giving it the 547th largest population among Pennsylvania. It covers total area of 0.8 mi˛ (2.07 square kilometre), making it the 848th largest by size in Pennsylvania.
