Rio Rico Northwest Cdp is a census designated place located in Santa Cruz County, Arizona, in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 2882 inhabitants. It is Arizona's 115th largest by population . The census designated place extends throughout a territory of 16.1 mi˛ (41.7 square kilometre ), making it the 93rd largest by size in Arizona.
