Ridgway Borough is a United States borough located in the Elk County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2000, borough's population was 4591 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 4096, It is Pennsylvania's 311th largest by population . The borough comprises an area of 2.67 square miles (6.92 square kilometre), making it Pennsylvania's 255th largest by total area.
