Ridgely Town is a town in the Caroline County, Maryland, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1352 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1517, It is the 103rd least populous in the U.S. state of Maryland. It is spread over 1.07 square miles (2.77 sq km), it is the 103rd smallest by area in the U.S. state of Maryland.
