Richmond City is a city located in the Ray County, Missouri, United States. Richmond City had an official population of 6116 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 5890, It is the 111th largest in terms of population. The city encompasses an area of 5.77 sq mi (14.94 kmē ), of which, 5.76 square miles (14.92 kmē) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 103rd largest by total area in Missouri.
