Richland City is a one of the Benton County, Washington, located in Western Region (Pacific) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 38708 as per the Census data. The city comprises an area of 37.76 mi˛ (97.8 square kilometre), of which, 34.82 square miles (90.18 square kilometre) of it is land and 2.94 square miles (7.61 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 11th largest by total area in Washington.
