Richland Borough is a one of the Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, borough's population was 1508 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 1492, making it the 727th most populous in Pennsylvania. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 1.56 mi˛ (4.04 square kilometre), giving it the 514th largest by total area among Pennsylvania.
