Richfield Town is a United States town located in the Stanly County, North Carolina, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 515 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 514 in July 2008, It is North Carolina's 160th smallest by population . It is spread over 2.1 square miles (5.44 kmē), of which, 2.08 square miles (5.39 kmē ) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, making it the 373rd largest by size in North Carolina.
