Richfield Springs Village is a city located in Otsego County, New York, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1255 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 1172 in July 2008, It is the 316th smallest in terms of population. The city encompasses an area of 1 mi˛ (2.59 square kilometre), makes it the 228th smallest by total area in New York.
