Richfield City is a United States city located in the Sevier County, Utah, United States. The city has a population of 6847 as per the 2000 census data. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 5.28 square miles (13.68 kmē), makes it the 132nd largest by total area in Utah.
