Richfield City is a city in the Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States. In 2000, city's population was 34439 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 32728 in July 2008, making it the 22nd most populous in Minnesota. It is spread over 7.07 sq mi (18.31 sq km), of which, 6.9 square miles (17.87 sq km ) of it is land and 0.18 square miles (0.47 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 125th largest by total area in Minnesota.
