Riceboro City, Georgia is a city of the Liberty County, Georgia, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 736 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 706, making it the 376th most populous in Georgia. The city has a total area of 11.4 sq mi (29.53 sq km), of which, 11.09 square miles (28.72 sq km) of it is land and 0.31 square miles (0.8 sq km) of it is water, it is the 69th largest by area in the U.S. state of Georgia.

As of the census of 2000, there were 736 people in the city, organized into 256 households, and 191 families residing in the city. The population density was 66.4 people per square mile (25.64/kmē), giving it the eighth least densely populated city among the Georgia.
