The census designated place encompasses an area of 53.71 square miles (139.11 square kilometre ), of which, 53.01 square miles (137.3 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.7 square miles (1.81 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the fifth largest by area in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.
