Rehoboth Beach City, Delaware is a city of the Sussex County, Delaware, United States. In 2000, the population was 1495. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 1587, It is the 37th most populous in the U.S. state of Delaware. It has total area of 1.65 square miles (4.27 square kilometre), of which, 1.18 square miles (3.06 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.47 square miles (1.22 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 30th largest by area in the U.S. state of Delaware. It is ranks fourth in the size of its inland waterways in Delaware.
