Reform City is a city located in the Pickens County, Alabama, United States. As of 2000 the population was 1978. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 1790, making it Alabama's 191st largest. The city comprises an area of 8.07 sq mi (20.9 sq km), of which, 8.04 square miles (20.82 sq km) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 sq km) of it is water, it is the 167th largest by area in the U.S. state of Alabama.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1978 people in the city, organized into 793 households, and 521 families living in the city. The population density was 245.9 people per square mile (94.94/kmē), giving it the 295th most densely populated city among the Alabama. There were 925 housing units at an average density of 115 per square mile (44.4/kmē). The average household size was 2.4 people, and the average family size was 3.06 people. In the city the population is diverse age-wise, with 28% under the age of 18, 7.3% from 18 to 24, 24.7% from 25 to 44, 20.4% from 45 to 64, and 19.7% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 76.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 68.7 males. The median age of the city's population was 37.2 years, The median age of males was 34.2 years, for females the median age was 40 years. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 1055 White, 888 Black or African American, 6 American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, 28 from two or more races and 1 Ohter races.
