Red Lion Borough is a borough located in York County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 6149. The July 2008 population estimate is 6041, giving it the 226th largest population among Pennsylvania. The borough encompasses an area of 1.28 sq mi (3.32 square kilometre), it is the 603rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
