Raymond City is a city located in the Black Hawk County, Iowa, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 537 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 686 in July 2008, making it Iowa's 452nd largest. The city encompasses an area of 1.54 square miles (3.99 sq km), it is the 237th largest by area in the U.S. state of Iowa.
