Ray City is a United States city located in the Williams County, North Dakota, United States. In 2000, the population was 534. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 532, It is the 100th largest in terms of population. The city extends throughout a territory of 1.04 sq mi (2.69 sq km ), of which, 1 square miles (2.59 sq km) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 sq km) of it is water, it is the 98th largest in terms of geographical size.
