Raritan Borough is a United States borough located in the Somerset County, New Jersey, United States. Raritan Borough had an official population of 6338 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the borough is 7289, making it the 248th most populous in New Jersey. It has total area of 2.04 square miles (5.28 kmē), it is the 290th largest by area in the U.S. state of New Jersey.
