Randolph County is a county in the United States of Missouri. As per the 2000 census, county has a population of 24663 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 25723, making it Missouri's 42nd largest county. The county comprises an area of 487.65 sq mi (1263.01 kmē), of which, 482.32 square miles (1249.2 kmē) of it is land and 5.33 square miles (13.8 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 26th smallest by total area in Missouri.
