Randolph City is a city in the Riley County, Kansas, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 175 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 198, It is the 166th least populous in the U.S. state of Kansas. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.25 miē (0.65 kmē), it is the 159th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Kansas.
