Rancho Viejo Town is a town in the Cameron County, Texas, United States. In 2000, town's population was 1754 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 1847 in July 2008, making it the 695th most populous in Texas. Its area is just over 2.27 sq mi (5.88 sq km), of which, 2.11 square miles (5.46 sq km) of it is land and 0.16 square miles (0.41 sq km) of it is water, making it the 760th largest by size in Texas.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1754 people in the town, organized into 705 households, and 512 families living in the town.
