Ramsey City, Anoka County, Minnesota is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 18510 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 23734, It is Minnesota's 49th largest by population . According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 29.74 sq mi (77.03 sq km), of which, 28.79 square miles (74.57 sq km) of it is land and 0.95 square miles (2.46 sq km) of it is water, it is the 44th largest by area in the U.S. state of Minnesota.
