Rake City is one of the city of Winnebago County, Iowa, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 227 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 207, It is the 273rd least populous in the U.S. state of Iowa. It covers total area of 1.01 sq mi (2.62 sq km), it is the 376th largest by area in the U.S. state of Iowa.
