Rainier Town is one of the town of Thurston County, Washington, located towards the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. Rainier Town had an official population of 1492 in 2000. Its population was estimated at 1645 in July 2008, making it the 309th most populous in Washington. It has total area of 1.62 mi˛ (4.2 square kilometre), making it Washington's 173rd smallest by total area.
