Quincy City is a city located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, in the Northeastern Region (New England) of United States. In 2000, the population was 88025. The July 2008 population estimate is 92339, It is Massachusetts's tenth largest by population . According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 26.89 mi˛ (69.64 sq km), of which, 16.78 square miles (43.46 sq km) of it is land and 10.11 square miles (26.18 sq km) of it is water, it is the 17th largest in terms of geographical size. It is ranks seventh in the size of its inland waterways in Massachusetts.
