Quarryville Borough is a borough located in the Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2000, the population was 1994. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 2146, making it Pennsylvania's 625th largest. It is spread over 1.31 square miles (3.39 sq km), it is the 592nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
