Pulaski Village is one of the city of Brown, Shawano and Oconto counties, Wisconsin, located towards the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 3060 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 3552 in July 2008, It is the 180th most populous in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.54 mi˛ (6.58 square kilometre), of which, 2.5 square miles (6.47 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 258th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3060 residents, 76 households, and 48 families in the city. The population density was 1225.4 people per square mile (473.13/km˛), making its Wisconsin's 183rd most densely populated city. There were 1254 housing units at an average density of 501.6 per square mile (193.67/km˛). The average household size was 2.55 persons, and the average family size was 3.16 persons. Age range in the city was well distributed with 28.2% under the age of 18, 10.7% from 18 to 24, 30.6% from 25 to 44, 16.7% from 45 to 64, and 13.9% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 100.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 94 males. The median age was 33.9 years, The median age of males was 31.9 years, for females the median age was 35 years. The racial makeup of the city was 2979 White, 10 Black or African American, 21 American Indian, 22 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 23 from two or more races and 5 Ohter races.
