Princeville Cdp, Kauai County, Hawaii is a census designated place located in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. As per the 2000 census, census designated place has a population of 1698 inhabitants. making it the 43rd least populous in Hawaii. Its area is just over 2.38 square miles (6.16 sq km), of which, 2.1 square miles (5.44 sq km) of it is land and 0.28 square miles (0.73 sq km) of it is water, it is the 74th largest by area in the U.S. state of Hawaii.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 1698 people, 752 households, and 491 families residing in the census designated place. The population density was 806.7 people per square mile (311.47/kmē), it is 76th most densely populated census designated place in Hawaii.
