Primera Town is a United States town located in the Cameron County, Texas, United States. Primera Town had an official population of 2723 in 2000. Its population was estimated at 4230 in July 2008, making it the 522nd most populous in Texas. It covers total area of 1.54 miē (3.99 kmē), it is the 492nd smallest by area in the U.S. state of Texas.
