Prescott Valley Town is a town located in the Yavapai County, Arizona, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Prescott Valley Town is home to 23535 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 38535, It is the 26th largest by population in the U.S. state of Arizona. The town extends throughout a territory of 31.72 sq mi (82.15 kmē ), it is the 48th largest in terms of geographical size.
