Prairie Du Chien City is a United States city located in the Crawford County, Wisconsin, United States. In 2000, city's population was 6018 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 5839, It is the 117th largest in terms of population. The city comprises an area of 6.34 sq mi (16.42 kmē), of which, 5.59 square miles (14.48 kmē) of it is land and 0.75 square miles (1.94 kmē) of it is water, it is the 93rd largest in terms of geographical size.
