Pound Town, Virginia is a town of the Wise County, Virginia, United States. In 2000, the population was 1089. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 1072, making it Virginia's 244th largest. It is spread over 2.61 mi˛ (6.76 sq km), it is the 206th largest by area in the U.S. state of Virginia.
