Portia Town is a one of the Lawrence County, Arkansas, located in Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 483. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 447, making it Arkansas's 302nd largest. The town has a total area of 1.29 mi˛ (3.34 square kilometre), it is the 318th largest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas.

As of the census of 2000, there were 483 people in the town, organized into 206 households, and 138 families residing in the town.
