Port Edwards Village is a city in the Wood County, Wisconsin, United States. The population of the city was 1944 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 1742, making it Wisconsin's 240th largest. The city encompasses an area of 7.29 sq mi (18.88 sq km ), of which, 6.04 square miles (15.64 sq km) of it is land and 1.25 square miles (3.24 sq km) of it is water, making it Wisconsin's 80th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1944 people, 76 households, and 48 families living in the city. The population density was 322.1 people per square mile (124.36/kmē), it is the 99th least populated city in terms of population density. There were 737 housing units at an average density of 122 per square mile (47.1/kmē). The average household size was 2.58 persons, and the average family size was 3.04 persons.
