Port Byron Village is a United States city located in the Rock Island County, Illinois, United States. As of 2000 the population was 1535. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 1670, making it Illinois's 558th largest. The city encompasses an area of 2.31 mi˛ (5.98 square kilometre), it is the 402nd largest in terms of geographical size.
