It is 26th least populous in Connecticut. Its area is just over 1.44 miē (3.73 kmē), of which, 1.37 square miles (3.55 kmē) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 kmē) of it is water, it is the 14th smallest in terms of geographical size.
