Pontiac City is a city located in Oakland County, Michigan, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. It is home to over 66337 people (2000 census). The city has a total area of 20.21 mi˛ (52.34 sq km), of which, 19.99 square miles (51.77 sq km) of it is land and 0.22 square miles (0.57 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 38th largest by total area among Michigan.
